Refund Eligibility

Partial Refunds

  • If work has already begun but you cancel before completion (refund amount minus work completed)
  • If minor issues exist that can be resolved but you prefer a partial refund
  • If you request removal of specific features from your package

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

Return of Source Code

Failure to return or delete source code may result in legal action and delay of refund processing.

Chargebacks
